Hostaria takes place within the streets of Verona’s city centre. The experience is truly unique:
by taking part to the Festival one enters a single, great “hostaria” (traditional Italian inn) that winds
about 3 kilometres , long throughout purely stunning squares, streets and bridges, with Verona wineries offering tastings of prestigious wines coming from the production areas of Valpolicella, of Bardolino, of Lugana, of Soave, of Custoza, of Arcole Doc, of Terra dei Forti e of Durello, for a total offering that goes beyond 150 wines.

The Arsenale gardens will be dedicated to the wine excellences from outside Verona, animating the  “Foresteria (guest quarter)“, an entire area with wineries and tastes from other of Italy’s various regions.

Wine tastings can also be alternated to food tastings, that can be experienced in the “sbecolerie” stands
(from Veronese dialect “sbecolar” – to taste), spread throughout the route, which offer Veronese food excellences. Piazza dei Signori will be the venue for the “ciacole in piasa” (square talks), as in public conferences.

In the evocative pedestrian area of Piazzetta Bra Molinari, at the river promenade, even this year there will be an area dedicated to highly selected artisanal breweries.
